Comments:
Did not loosen up on my warm up at all. Should have stretched a lot more. Started too fast. Wussed out on my 3rd hill repeat. Didn't cool down. Just a bad workout overall. My hips are still sore. The pain has kind of moved around, though, and is different from when I thought it was a nerve thing.
