Comments:
last workout with chris. i felt pretty shitty goin' into it, kinda hung over. we did pickups where we went 3 minutes on, 1 min off; 2 mins on, 1 min off; 1 min on, 2 mins off. we repeated this 3,2,1 sequence 5 times over a hilly loop. i was able to stick pretty close to chris during the first 2 sets, then i felt off the deep end in the third. was able to come back strong for the 4th and 5th, though. just focused on form and going as hard as i could. great last workout.
