Rode from home down 33hwy into Polk City. Then about 2 more miles to ?? road. West to Van Fleet Trail. back to 33hwy. Then home. Averaged about 18.9 mph. Hot and felt pretty good for the most part. Pushed between miles 9 and 13. About 1:29 total.
