Favorite lifting day (not). Lifted legs, did 3 sets of 10 squats with 115, calf raises, 3 sets of lunges with no weight and 3 sets of dead lift with 135.
This workout was sooo much easier than when I first started lifting legs about a month ago. I really hope this starts to solve some of my lingering injuries. I really feel like the legs are my weakest link in terms of training.
