Exercise Type: Run

Weather: fairly cool, but humid enough to be drenched by the end

Comments:
jogged to Military and Ridge Rd. Joined Berenson and Samet for steady run down ridge and up Harvard to 16th. north past golf course and down to Valley trail. Back alone via Bingham, Nebraska, and McKinnley. Knees took turns aching.
