Comments:
it was thunderstorming so I decided to run stairs. In the building we were staying in, there were 2 different flights of stairs, one with 110 stairs and one with 132 stairs (yes I counted). So I ran the first set 3 times all the way through (except I started one floor above the ground floor, so subtract 15 the first time) and the other set 4 times all the way though. That added up to a total of 821 stairs! My recoveries were running back down the 6 flights. It was definitely a workout!
Shins and hip flexors hurt a little
