Weather: cloudy, 68, breezy
Comments:
First track w/o at Plymouth South w/ coach. Did warm up mile, felt okay not great but no terrible. First 400 tanked it by going out too fast and couldn't finish. Did next 4 in 1:31, 1:27, 1:31 and 1:31. Finished with 2 200's both at 40. Felt good to have tried very hard and impressed coach. Did cool down mile which was a welcome after all the crazy running. Hated doing it but felt great about effort when it was over :)
