Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran from my house to Red Land as a warmup. After stretching, I ran the old XC course @ LT pace w/ a 90 second recovery in the middle. I wasn't completely sure of the start and finish but I would've ended between 19:15-19:30. I then cooled down by finishing the J&B's loop. I felt decent despite it being a morning run.
