Weather: kind of toasty actually, a little hotter than it was this week

2 mile warmup
workout- 2-3-3-2 800 hill loop
5 miles
2 mile cooldown
awesome awesome awesome workout
i hit it easy and i just built up
tried to work it like i do the races
as a result i was just moving up the whole time
until i was with the first pack right behind jason, sam, and willie
just felt awesome.
