Comments:
Almost threw up in front of the whole team on the last one.. that was fun.
We ran this in the Eagle Foothills so it was a hilly workout. It was pretty tough but I'm glad I did it. Haha the varsity boys gave us so much encouragement.
Everyone ran really solid and pushed ourselves.
We ran so slow on the cool down though, cause we were soooo tired.
