Lifted chest after running. Nothing special really, kind of a weak lift, but I've been upping miles and pushing hard in the weight room, so not surprising.

155lb flat bench, 3 sets of 8 or 10, inclined press with 30lbs, 3 sets of 10, pushups and situps.
