THE HUMP

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I realized that people take the hump out too fast, I eased my way into the hump, although it was never easy, I continued running and pushed pushing myself until I reached a point at the end of stage 3 where a just gained an amazing sense of power and strength I started to run of the side of the trail continuously passing people, I kept forcing every single inch of power out of me and kept passing people that run so much faster then me. I saw the top of the hump and reached a point of just absolute power and I kept forcing myself. Easily the greatest run of my life. Finished running 53:17 a Ten minute PR from last year. :D
