Weather: pretty warm inside
Comments:
Set the speed at 7 and only bumped it up a bit in the last mile. Felt good throughout. Drank a lot: at least 35 oz just during the run. Not sore from th 1/2 marathon at all. Will look to do two short runs this week and then about 10 on the weekend.
