Comments:
Ran 34 minutes out and back south on the trail. Felt good during the run, but after I felt so dehydrated that I was going to faint. I lost feeling in my arms and my muscles felt numb and stiff. Ran 4x200 tempo, but I couldn't do it at tempo pace. Did two sets of abs later.
