OUCH!!! IT BIT ME!!!

Weather: FELT SOO GOOD! NICE BREEZE; LOW HUMIDITY

Comments:
we ran a trail warmup and then started our 5x1k's in flinstone junction. went 4:01, 4:06, 3:51, and 3:44. 6 of us did the last one under 4 so we cut off the 5th one :) im happy to say tha squidney finally got to try a blue popcicle... hopefully she liked it (they r my favorite) then we did a 2k cooldown which i ran with amelia as i experimented ways to make her feel better such as trying to limp like her and hopping on one foot and trying to keep up (hopefully one of those worked) felt prettty good during, before, and after the workout... i would just like to say that it makes me feel good when u guys laugh at my jokes! and thanks to all that laughed ( and to ones who didnt well then pooop on you!)
