Weather: Wicked humid, post-rain

Comments:
Felt pretty dynamite (for this stage of my training)! Right hammy needed resting yesterday, and was a bit sore for the first 2-3 miles, but loosened up well as I went along. Cruised first 4 comfortably, eased up somewhat in the middle, then started to work hard for 6-8, then just went til the end. Quite an uplifting run if Tuesday's run goes well and if my legs recover. Abs very slightly around 8.5-9.
