I felt miserable. I only did 4 mile repeats... i gave up on the last one. I just had nothing left in my legs. It was beyond agony. I was worn out on the 2nd mile which wasn't a good sign. I think my tiredness was partly due to doing to much leg work on Tuesday. I'm a retard... I couldn't walk without limping throughout the day cause my legs were so sore and tight. ok enough complaining... i just had a shity day.
