Comments:
ran with the guys and lavallee today, ended up being in groups and it was apps lavallee and i for most of it, although i fell behind for the intervals after the first set. we did 2 minutes on (very fast) and then 90 seconds for recovery, times 3. did 3 sets of that with three hills in between sets 1 and 2 and between sets 2 and 3. felt pretty good, although the speed was pretty friggen fast and started feeling bad for my muscles, like too fast for the moment. im hoping thats because it was lavallee setting the rather past pace. short warm up and cooldown, guessed mileage
