ran with kevin before dinner today, we were both really tired for various reasons so we just tried to go longish and easy, although by the end he started goin a bit fast but i tried to keep up. felt ok but all this rushed running with bad stretching is not doing good things for my legs. i really need to set aside some more time to do this right or else im gonna hurt myself
