Today was great, i began to use the jumpers band for my knee and i felt i could go on for miles. It was an easy day but i wanted to push my knee. Over all it was a great run i began with coach rusty and brice, and later on caught up with coach liz and christina at albertsons and then ran back. Im beggining to get a little nervous for the meet tomorrow, i know all you do is run, but since i missed the preview of the course i feel a little disadvantaged. I look forward to see how things go tomorrow. Oh yea eventhough we lost the football game we'll show them how warriors do it tomorrow :O
