Comments:
Even though it was a perfect day for a run, I was too tired at work to put in a good effort. Thought I would take Thursday off, but decided today was the day. Not sure if I am increasing mileage/intensity too fast or if I need to adjust my diet. I am hoping it's a protein imbalance, which makes sense with the increased lifting, I may not be getting enough. I will start taking protein supplements immediately after lifting which should help out.
