Baaaaaaaad run.
Ughhhh.
It was NOT my day at alllll, I felt so mentally weak. and i let my blister (which is the size of a quarter) get in my way.
We were supposed to do 40:00 but I just couldn't today, but the coaches were SO supportive and so nice.
We've really been working on our running form, so I don't really run like a raptor anymore. :) :(
I miss you all so much.

I hope tomorrow will be better.
