Exercise Type: Weights

After we ate at Nick & Jimmys (had a great burger there) I hit the weights. Tried to focus on form based on websites for squats, concentrating on getting low to form less than a 90 degree angle with my calves and hamstrings and keeping my back straight. 3 sets of 10 with 95lbs then lunges with 25 lbs for two sets, but the knee starting hurting so I opted to do no weights for set three. Also did some calf raises and ab work. Hopefully I don't stay sore as long with the protein intake/I've been pretty consistent with lifting legs and I would think my body is getting slightly more used to this torture.
