Didn't really understand what we were exactly doing, so I just went with the flow. Went with Tyler, Matt, Phillip, and Josh, and we pretty much did whatever Tyler told us. Workout was just run six mins hard, than run six mins easy, and another set till we reached 42 mins or something around the borders of that. Felt average, but didn't take it too hard, probably going 6:40s or 6:50s hard. Some striders afterwards.
