Weather: extremely hot
Comments:
Today we did a run run through lands down at a somewhat easy pace, then we got onto fairview, almost got killed by a psycho driver, and then started our workout. We did 60 seconds 3k race pace and then 60 seconds easy jogging. We did each 10 times. It was extremely hot, and i hydrated all day, yet i still felt extremely dehydrated. It was a very exhausting run and probably the hadest workout for me yet.
