Comments:
Nice run with Boots. Ran to Bumpy and he showed me a rough layout of the 1K loop they do. After Como Relays, I'm going to move one of my weekly workouts to Bumpy. Need to be doing workouts in grass.

Lower legs feel a little beat up. Probs the flats yesterday. I miss ice tubs.
