It Must've Been HOTT 2day... Continuous '60's

Comments:
easy warmup through landsdowne up to top of scotty lane. from there we started our continuous 60's workout.. 60 seconds on 3K race pace covering 250-280 meters, then a 60 second very ez recovery jog in betweeen. we did an X-Factor on the soccer field and continued 60's around lakeside. pretty TUFF.. doing 10 counting the X-Factor.. good grouping... It was a bit Warm as you will notice by the girls logs.
