Weather: Hot but Shady...Slim Shady

Mileage is a guestimate. I did feel really fast on the way out because I ran the first 2.5 miles with Miranda, Lindsay, Gabi, and Katie. Then we had to stop because we were lost and the trails were confusing. The way back I ran with Batine, Julia, and Magaly. Hills were okay and I feel really good because I know I pushed myself. Unfortunately, my shins hurt just doing nothing so now I pay the price for caca shoes. New ones on Friday. I have been RICEing so we will see how that goes too. Dead man's jog, 2 minute cool down.
