60/60 ...feeling tuff yet?

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 95 heat index; sort of nice in the shade...but not really

Comments:
knee was hurting the entire time. just gonna keep pushing through it...it should work itself out.
we did 60's today. 60seconds on at 5k race pace, then 60seconds down at a super slow pace. We jogged from DcHS to Landsdowne and up the road to brookhill, ran through there to the greebelt, and to the soccer fields and we did one x-wing, then continued to do our run on the greenbelt. we ran past DQ to East Byers, and up the road back to the High school.
