Comments:
Really hard to get started today. My legs felt stiff and that kinda through off the way I carry myself. My quads kept getting tired really fast so about mile 5 I took of my knee braces and that seemed to make it a lot better. I REALLY gotta work on pushing through hills....they're killin me. I also can feel myself getting back into my slump...I can't let it kill me again. I gotta fight it and hard...Hopefully being back at school will help.
