Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Hit the weight room about 9pm after dinner. Quick lift on arms with hammer curls, dips, curls with the ez curl bar, tri extensions on the bench, reverse curls with 45lb plate, and seated tricep extensions using 55lb dumbell (that was really hard).
Followed it up with some ab work, crunches and inverse crunches.
