Comments:
My shins were really bad today; I could feel the pain as I stood. I had to transition from one leg to the other. This morning when I woke up I ate a piece of toast with butter and jelly with hopes of having a good run because I ate carbs. Sadly, I was behind everyone and was Ms. Limpy. There is an operation in Asia that I saw on Oprah where these girls and boys would get metal extensions in the bone of their calf to get taller--maybe I can replace my calf muscle with these metal rods. Drills were really difficult because all the hopping hurt my shinny shin shins. Tried to attempt the beach workout and felt really bad. Abs. Enjoyed the beach and then walked back with most of the team.
