Comments:
It was a super chilly morning in Maine, so I was definitely not feeling the run. Long winding roads that looked like it was never going to end with some mean hills didnt sound like a good start to my day, but at around the 45 minute mark I started feeling light and fast, as if I could go over an hour without feeling tired. This was my longest run this summer and It feels so good to finally reap the benefits of the training that I've tried to pack into my crazy summer.
