Weather: cool, 63, mild

Comments:
Warmed up on mill, felt okay. Did 4 long hill repeats - 1:18, 1:18, 1:17 and 1:18 .... shaved 12 seconds from last time!!!!! Did 5 min cool down on mill due to time crunch wedding ahead. Felt very strong and pleased with w/o considering yesterday was long 10 mile run.
