Weather: cool but humid
Comments:
A lot of hills in this route so it feels like more than 7.5. Goal was to keep the pace under 9:30 with no walking. Managed that and didn't feel too bad throghout. Took the water belt and hd 18oz of water and about 6oz gatorade. Had a gel from miles 4.5 t 5. Will plan to stretch things back out next week.
