Comments:
Kind of got out of the habit of logging for a few days...oops.
I feel like I should be more detailed on these logs...so I'll try to be better at that.
PT said if I have to run, I should every other day, not every day. The more running I do, the more I'll aggravate my shins. But I can't stop all together, so I'll stick with every other day and cross train the other days.
Started PT exercises. Do them once a day, except the stretching one that I do twice a day.
Steroid patches today.
