Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
pretty uneventful swim.
Hung around until meeting with Coach Lanese. Did PT exercises, abs 8 x 30
Since my mileage is cut because of my shins, I'm doing 6-7 hours/ wk of running or cross training, which is the rough equivalent of where my mileage should be. I'll start counting next week, because this week is all weird.
