first team run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did 10 minutes in the morning before swimming, just to see how it feels, but I didn't want to make a whole different entry for that. So I added it in to afternoon run.
30 min at the farm. This is the first time I actually ran with the team, so that was exciting. Shins were hurting after the first mile or so, but it was more of a dull ache than a sharp pain, which my PT said I could run through. Would have like to go longer, but I thought stopping and icing would be better.
Iced after. Did another 8x30 abs
