Weather: not to shabby
Comments:
Ran out with the majority of the girls team and ran in with Jess. One water stop, and at the 1.5. Every time we stopped for a light or water, starting to run again really hurt my shins. Pretty fast pace but I think I did okay with it. When I was done I was pretty tired so I stretched and rolled, but I had to get back on the elliptical for 30 min.
