Weather: it was decent, better than what its been for sure!

Comments:
ran 1.5 down to Legion park from the high school, then did 2 strides (water fountain-lightpole), then did 3x1mile repeats:
6:14, 6:07, 7:03
then we ran back to the high school

Ireally need to start hydrating better, and eating better!
