Really nice out today, wrote up a workout schedule at work so I am going to try and stick to it so I can beast the Komen race for the cure, then Alumni.
Ran to Rolf park and back to the treadmill for 3.1 miles, increasing the incline at 1.5mi to 5%, then 9% for the last .3 or .4. Felt pretty good surprisingly, definitely need to run outside as the treadmill top speed is 10mph and I will be hopefully running faster soon. Cool down to Rolf and back
