Started off alternating pullups and bent over rows with 65lb db, then alternated lat raises with shrugs, 15lb and 65lb dbs, then 135lb dead lifts alternating with 30lb db seated military press. then alternated pushups to exhaustion with 25xcrunches
all lifts were 3 sets of 8-10
