TEAM U!!!
I was nervous going into this because I haven't been running as much as I want to or as much as anyone else because of my shins, so I was afraid I would be disappointed with the results. But I was actually pretty happy with the way it turned out. I ran more than 2 minutes faster than last year's intersquad, which is cool.
Abs 8x30 and hips, PT exercises, ice bath
