Didn't tempo on MLK, because we thought running MLK wouldn't be the best surface for my shins. So I did a tempo-ish workout on the bike. I was supposed to keep my HR at 160 for 28 minutes, but I didn't get it past 160 until minute 20, then I kept it there for the rest of the time.
3 x 100 barefoot striders, abs 8x30 and hips, roll, ice bath (probably one of, if not the, coldest ice baths I've ever been in...we were very red)
