Woke up and my knee was badddd. It hurt just laying down and sleeping last night. So I have to take a week off...it's better to do it now than it is to wait for in the middle of my training. I did strengthening exercises. I also did a low impact cardio workout. If I keep those up then i won't lose too much in my week off...thank god. They might even be helpful b/c they work on all my muscles where as before I only really ran. I need to keep all my muscles in better shape. I also did abs...a little advanced version on six min abs. Here is the start of trying to keep my WHOLE body in shape =D
