this was a good tempo run, i started off really sluggish but after 1200 meters in or so i started feeling really and i can't remember what i was thinkin of but i got really motivated to work hard and i ended up having a great run. hopefully i can carry this momentum to the 7 sets of hillz waiting for me tommorow!!!
