Comments:
ran 2 miles warm up plus the 5k, and 5k cool down so its about 8. ran alright in the 5k, it wasnt good, but it wasnt overly bad. i didnt feel so great after the first mile which may have been a bit too fast overall by a bit and definitely fast the first 800. team w won anyway so that was pretty cool. paul z. helped me out quite a bit the last mile, as i was slowing down quite a bit before he caught me.
