tempo on MLK. ran two miles warm up just because thats what i've always been used to. then ran a tempo with a nice big group of 8 other people and grese caught/ran with us for a good part of it. 30:20. felt pretty good, and definitely could have went faster but ethan kind of told us not to push too hard. i guess i'd never actually done a tempo, but everyone says you want to feel good after, not tired. then 3 times 300 acceleration type things, and another lap plus mile cool down for 10 on the day.
