Comments:
6x Possum Hill continuous repeats (from the post to the crest) with some guys. the distance was a little over 1mi up & back. 3:33, 3:23, 3:23, 3:19, 3:09, 3:02 (4min downhill jog recov). pretty big change in effort over the duration of the workout, but it felt too easy the first half. the second half of the workout i tried to relax up to the steeper part then work the last half. a very solid xc workout
