Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ok I looked at my watch and realized I had done less than I thought.
Hm. I ran fields trying to go 8 minute pace (or faster) so that I would have enough time to go to dinner and bible study. Then I realized that it defeated the point of doing a recovery run. My IT band was what made me realize this - it started hurting after about half an hour so I slowed down. I ran the second half a lot slower and stretched for ten minutes.
